Prices, payments

All prices in our shop are listed in netto/brutto value (with/without tax). Customer can decide between VAT invoice or receive. Customer decides about it when he fills out the form. We can issue an invoice only in polish currency (PLN). All orders have to be prepaid in order to be shipped internationally.

Important!

We do not participate in the costs of international transfers between banks. The amount on to receive must equal the amount specified on a proforma invoice. Any additional costs (like bank fees) are covered by buyer.

Policy

Every customer data serve only to processing orders and for internal statistics in our shop and aren't available to other people or companies. When customer registers in our system, he agrees to processing of personal data by STANDBY electronic Katarzyna i Jaroslaw Zietarscy company. At any point customer can look into his data, modify or delete it.

Order Processing

Minimum quote ordered goods for one position = unit given as a sale. There is no minimum threshold for the orders. If customer wants to order goods for 1USD - we're sending him his order.

In justified cases our shop reserves the right to refuse the order, restriction on the payment method or to require prepayment for goods imported upon special request.

Actual number of products in stock (seen by the Buyer the status of the product as an available) may differ from those listed on the site. This follows from the fact that our stocks are being updated only once every 24 hours. The exception is the weekend when database update takes place once over 48 hours.

Legal reservations

Content of Internet shop www.standby-shop.eu doesn't constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Codex, (that is, the act governing these issues for companies established in Poland) so the fact that the customer placing the order doesn't mean an immediate conclusion. Customer, who fill the form of order made only an offer to buy a particular product.

All products offered by site www.standby-shop.eu are brand new (unless there is a information in the description of product that come from pulls), free from defects in natural and legal and have been lawfully put on the Polish market.

Data and specifications

www.standby-shop.eu team trying, that descriptions and specifications contained in shop goods were in line with reality. However, we don't assume liability for erroneus application of the parameters and characteristics of goods or a sudden change by the manufacturer of the goods. Shipping

Form of shipment and appropriate fee will be agreed individually for every purchase. Ordered goods are delivered via the Polish Post or through courier service. Consignments dispatched by the shop is packed carefully, and attention to it for goods shipment arrived intact and had no possibility of self-unpacking in the transport. Buyers must check the status of a consignment of goods immediately upon receipt. If the item of merchandise is defective Buyer shall immediately upon receipt notify the carrier for damaged goods.

Complaints and Protection of Customer Rights

Responsibility of www.standby-shop.eu team for delievered defective product is limited to replacement or refund the amount paid. Price, parameters and descriptions of the goods offered may not rise a claim for damages.

During the 14 days after delivery of ordered goods customer have the right to return without providing reasons for the withdrawal, according to general principles deriving from the provisions on distance contracts. The returned merchandise will be accepted only if it's sent back in original, undamaged packaging with complete contents and unused, and with proof of purchase (invoice or receive). In the case of returning goods buyer is charged for transport of supplies and contract reference price list according to the supplier. Date of dispatch may not exceed 14 days from the date of delivery of goods to the Buyer. The consignment shall be accompanied by a written declaration of withdrawal and the account number to which we return payment.Warranty and the right of withdrawal doesn't apply when the product is affected by mechanical damage to external.
